Workforce Training is an employment development and self-empowerment
initiative of Microenterprise Development Center (MDC), Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization based in Baltimore, MD. The
objective of our workforce training is to provide "livable wage" employment opportunities to individuals residing
in urban, low-income, and disadvantaged communities. Our programs
concentrate on developing skills, removing employment barriers, and determining suitable career paths.
We support customers in gaining entry-level jobs in diverse fields, including "green jobs," technology and service positions.

We specialize in serving out-of-school youth and unemployed adults in developing
