Program Descriptions B'More Green Project Environmental Technician Training/Employment Program Providing career development, life skills training, and job placement services. B'More Green is an environmental
certification training and employment program that is part of the Civic Works Organization and funded through a grant from
the Environmental Protection Agency. The program is designed to prepare under-employed Baltimore residents for entry-level
environment construction and technology positions. The program has trained 95 residents in the areas of hazardous materials
remediation, emergency response, environmental site assessment and sampling, ecological restoration, and storm-water management.

Solutions Employment Program The Housing Authority of Baltimore City/Division of Employment and Empowerment We support the agency in providing a comprehensive service delivery system that
includes pre-employment services, job training and education programs, job placement, job retention, and case management support.
As primary consultant and training service provider under a contract with the Baltimore City Department of Social services,
we provide the following services for more than 1000 Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) customers: - Computer Training

- Job Readiness/Placement
- Personal Development
- Vocational
Education--areas covered are: Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail and Clerical Occupations
Youth Leadership Development Training Program
We provide leadership development, job readiness training,
and customer service skills training to youth and young adults living in Baltimore City Public Housing. Over 200 youth receive
life skills, personal development, and mentoring services over a three year period. Innovative programs were designed using
multi-media presentations and workshops training through Hip-Hop culture and positive roll models. Students unknowingly compete
for educational leadership prizes that were not announced until competitions were completed. Other participants received rewards
for voluntary participation.
Neighborhood Network Centers We provide a range of services, including training designed to promote economic
self-sufficiency, develop and expand computer technology expertise, and increase educational opportunities to public assistance
