Ron Harvey Specialization:
Job Readiness; Soft Skills; Occupational Skills; Customer Service Skills President of the Microenterprise Development Center (MDC), Inc. and developer of the Workforce Training initiative.
Ron has over 25 years experience in urban community and economic development, he has devoted the last 10 years to empowering
residents of low-income and disadvantaged communities through small business consulting and employment training. Prior to founding MDC in 1996, Ron served as Executive Director for the Council
of Economic and Business Opportunity . He has held executive positions at the Rouse Company, Anheuser Bush and Honeywell Inc.
Ron possesses an MBA Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, is a Certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist, and
a Global Career Development Facilitator. He serves on several community and business committees ,to include chairman of Baltimore
County MBE Commission and member of Baltimore City's Small Business Advisory Committee.

Debra Keller-Greene Specialization:
Professional Development; Admin. Management; Portfolio/Resume Development Debra is our management consultant, CEO of Keller Professional Services, Inc., and is experienced in all facets of
business administration, human resource and management operations. She specializes in professional development, employment
retention, and career support services. Debra also served as interim Executive Director of the Maryland Legislative Black
Caucus, Office Manager of Policy Resource Center, and Secretary to the Sate of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a member of the American Management Association, in
addition sitting on the Board of Directors of the Black Mental Health Alliance and the Caroline Center.

Sandi B. Clay Specialization: Computer Skills
Training; Administrative Skills; Program Management Sandra
is the information and technology specialist and the owner of EWR Corporate Communication, a business entity whose function
is to address the overall marketing needs of area businesses. Her design expertise includes Graphic design, Web Development,
and Multi-media design. She has served as Office Manager for the University of Baltimore, Senior Engineering Technician for
Allied Signal and Fusion Systems, plus Senior Chemical Technician at GEOMET Technologies, Inc. Ms. Clay has a M. A. in Publication
Design and a B. S. in Corporate Communication.

Marvin Mack Specialization: Empowerment
& Self-esteem; Personal and Professional Development Training Marvin is founder of The Center For Mind & Esteem Development, Inc. (CMED, Inc.), a training institute
committed to human development and individual achievement. His professional development training programs are designed to
assist participants in achieving their personal and career goals.

Ann Hosmer Specialization:
Personal Empowerment; Effective Communication; Conflict Resolution Ann Hosmer is a seasoned trainer with expertise in the development, implementation and evaluation of specialized
programs, with special emphasis upon personal empowerment, effective communication skills, and conflict resolution. She has
fifteen years of experience teaching public school in three Maryland school systems and eighteen years in the private practice
of financial services, and established the Power/Excel Foundation in 1989. Certified in community and family mediation, Ann
has conducted workshops and courses for such programs as: the Mentoring Project at the Maryland State Department of Education
and the the BCPSS Department of Violence Prevention.

Edwina Howard Specialization: Global Career Development Facilitator, Offender Workforce Development Specialist
and Offender Workforce Development Specialist Trainer. Edwina
Howard is the Education Specialist, and is currently responsible for overseeing our ABE/GED program. She recently retired
from the State of Maryland's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations. Ms. Howard posseses a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in English with a minor in Education. She has served on the Planning committee for Maryland's One-Stop Career Centers web-based
operating system. She also designed the system's training manuals, and provided instruction to program trainers, qualifying
them to provide valuable training statewide.
