Capabilities MDC has established a solid track record over the past 12 years of developing and successfully completing entrepreneurial and employment training initiatives for youth and adults.  Since 2002, MDC has provided employment training contractual services for The Housing Authority of Baltimore City, Mayor's Office of Employment Development, Youth Opportunity Program, Neighborhood Networks, Baltimore Urban League, Civic Works Inc., Baltimore Department of Social Services, and other public and private organizations. MDC has also formed partnerships with organizations through grants and contractual agreements. We continue to support Baltimore City's public and private organizations requiring capacity building services in workforce development in low-income communities.
